Curriculum Meleán Fernando Alberto Martínez (ALBIRUS) was born in Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela. Civil Engineer graduated from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta. He studied art at the School of Fine Arts Corner Neptalí Zulia State. Since 1998 when she joined the art full of texture and color, participating in several group and solo exhibitions. His work is part of the estate of Zulia State, displayed permanently in the domestic and international terminals La Chinita International Airport in Maracaibo.
